Collaborative Spaces Introduction of new ways in the performance of work will result in promotion of collaboration in innovation. The organization of Starbucks has been showing willingness for innovation, but not all seem to create understanding regarding the relevance of collaboration in order to increase the possibility of innovation. The organization did not end up hobbling across the old and previous concepts of collaborating that would have resulted in slowing down the rate of success. This will result in improving the overall productivity of the organization, by the contribution of each and every member of the organization.
